Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, Egypt
At least 5-6 years of experience in Oracle HRMS
a. Core HR
b. Payroll (strong technical skills in payroll fast formula - including PLSQL, etc.)
c. Self Service HR
d. Performance Management
e. Learning Management
f. Time & Labor
g. iRecruitment
2. At least must have attended the training on Fusion HCM (HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Taleo)
3. Must have done at least 4-5 full cycle implementation of Oracle HRMS
4. Must have experience in Oracle OUM/ABF/AIM methodology and its deliverables
5. Accepted to be based in Cairo, Egypt
6. Willing to travel 70% of the time on monthly basis.
