Oracle Database Administrator to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Duties Supports the RSAF Officer-in-Charge by: • Planning, designing and maintaining databases logical and physical structure. • Installing and upgrading the Oracle 9i/10g Server and server application tools. • Creating primary database physical and logical storage structure and primary objects. • Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database system. • Monitoring, tuning and optimizing database performance. • Loading, migrating and connect data from external sources into the database. • Designing and maintaining database backup and recovery strategies. • Designing and maintaing database security. • Reporting daily activities, unusual events to the Management. • Interacting with management, application developers, systems operations team and end-users. Performs needs analysis, training plan development, design and develop training courseware, delivery of training, Evaluate of training, design training facilities.
