JOB PURPOSE
.The role supports systems development and implementation across the organization with the objective to provide timely and accurate terminal data processes and while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
.Responsible for TPA data, its administration and to oversee data extraction, ETL, performance monitoring, data integrity, security and accuracy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
.Work within the team to develop, maintain and implement Business Intelligence systems implementationstrategic directions and roadmap.. Responsible to develop and maintain the library of scripts and data management tools to supportmultiple departments, regions and business units within the organization.
.Responsible on data management, consolidation, scripts, ETL and logics used in BI and reporting projects and integration with different environments and systems.
.Implement technologies related to data extraction, database administration, performance monitoring andhealth check.
.Contribute with design, architecture and building of complex solutions needed for making use of bigdata.
.Ensure maximum system availability and minimum downtime as possible.
.Facilitate backend data warehouse dialogue and arrangements with business unit’s users and IT teams.
.Create and operate techniques to enhance data quality and validation.
.Responsible for Data. Perform analysis of data sources, recommend approaches and processes toensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy.
.Complement requirements gathering from business users in respect of BI and Reporting matters.Suggest efficient technical solutions.
.Document business requirements in the form of specifications (business and technical specifications).
.Maintain records for system application issues and error reports and ensure on-time delivery and qualitystandards.
.Provide feedback, recommendations and continuous improvements on the platform structure.
.Respond to users enquiries on a timely manner. Communicate with relevant parties by e-mail, phonecalls and webex when required.
JOB CONTEXT
The job holder provides technical support on systems implementation and data management as part BICC team.
Data quality and integrity is a key success factor to ensure smooth data transmission from Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) to TPA centralized database in HO.

The IT Director will play a critical role in managing the Information Technology Services department and participate in the development of long term strategies to support the research and instructional activities of the institution.

Description
- Plan, organize and provide overall direction in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the institution's IT infrastructure, applications and ERP servers in a highly complex environment.- Establish the institution's overall IT short and long term strategic plan, direction and priorities.- Provide overall technology leadership in developing and implementing envisioned information technology program.- Develop information technology policies that encompass a broad range of issues with direct impact on faculty, students and staff. - Analyse the institution's operations to determine ways that technology can be used to improve efficiency and enhance services. - Assume primary responsibility for the IT systems architecture plans (i.e. network, application development).- Lead IT operations, applications and technology teams to ensure that all projects meet strategic objectives and needs of the institution.- Plan and direct the acquisition, utilization and disposal of IT resources within the institution's facilities.- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs and individual instruction to faculty, staff and students in the use of applications, office and classroom equipment, and other types of information technology. - Establishes enterprise credibility regarding IT initiatives, strategies and technology roadmaps. - Supervision of personnel including work allocation, training/development and performance evaluation.


Profile
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science.- Extensive technical experience in a Senior IT management role demonstrating the ability to perform effective supervision of systems and people.- PMP or other IT professional certifications is an advantage- Successful track record in managing the implementation of projects in an educational environment within a fixed time frame.- Experience with Oracle applications.- Knowledge of PeopleSoft student information systems.- Hands-on/proactive approach and an ability to work with tight deadlines and within constraints.- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize activities.- Experience in managing supplier relationships.

Main role is to effectively deliver Oracle applications technical requirements for several modules of the Oracle Release R12 e-Business suite in order to provide an integrated information system solution the organisation.
Principal Accountabilities
§ Reporting to the Business Transformation Unit Head, the Oracle ERP Technical Consultant will provide expertise and knowledge in the technical side of the Oracle Release R12 e-Business suite or Later.
§ Work as a technical consultant in the Oracle Applications practice involving designing & developing of reports and forms for various modules of the Oracle Apps.
§ Preparation of documentation such as MD 050/MD070 for Customizations.
§ Data migration for All Modules (Finance/Supply Chain & HRMS).
§ Write Interfaces for Oracle Applications modules, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, OA Frame work etc. in co-ordination with the functional consultants.
§ Advanced knowledge of working in Oracle Applications, integration interface designing, cross platform data migration, web services design and HTML Development.
§ Design and develop the code for component (RICE) as per the requirement specified in functional requirement specification.
§ Identify technical gaps in user requirements and design custom solutions to cater the user requirements.
§ Document the application extension technical design documents based on the AIM approach.
§ Review the documents / deliverables delivered by the Implementation Vendor team.
§ Perform in-house trainings for users and IT team on an as needed basis.
§ Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
§ Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
§ Develops and documents, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.
