Sitting within the Build team of Application Development the role will build out business or technical solutions that address specific project or business requirements, with a key focus on the Human Resources domain.

Description - Undertake change requests under direction of the line manager.- Contribute to development / modification / maintenance of tasks assigned throughout project lifecycles across Code Red, Content Central, Oracle eBS.- Ensure work is carried out within application management procedures and processes e.g. process to handle Forward Schedule.- Undertake tasks as directed by project and function documents under the guidance of the line manager.- Participate in application management tasks that contribute to the maintenance of the HR domain function (e.g. Incident Manager, Problem Management or Forward Scheduling etc.).- Acquire knowledge of the current domain IT infrastructure in terms of different operating systems, network, database systems, application systems and servers.- Perform quality and accuracy checks of own work before submitting for approval or further processing.
Profile - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Math/ Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent- 5+ years designing, developing, integrating and implementing Stellent/Oracle ECM/Oracle Webcenter solutions- Hands-on experience in Oracle development technologies such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Application Framework(OAF), JDeveloper, Application Development Framework(ADF), Workflow and BI Publisher.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.- Oracle Weblogic - Installation, Configuration and Maintenance- Mandatory: In-depth experience in the below technologies
- SQL coding/querying skills in MS T-SQL; including the use of its client tool, SQL Management Studio.- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design (stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints, etc.)- Experience with systems and database administration; user rights/access, performance tuning, database migration and testing- Proficiency in Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and Team Foundation Server- Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)- Oracle Database 11g Concepts including PL SQL coding/querying skills
- Preferred: Experience in the below technologies
- LDAP / Active Directory- JQuery- Advanced Java- Oracle eBS OAF, Core Forms, Workflows and Reports - Administration, Configuration & Development- Oracle UCM/ODDC/WebCenter Suite - Administration, Configuration & Development
