| Raqmiyat is seeking an Oracle Apps HRMS Consultant at UAE Required skills: - Candidate should have minimum of 5-7 years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (at least one implementation should be in R12)
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HRMS and Payroll solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design
- At least 4-5 full end to end HRMS and Payroll implementations projects cycles, preferably in Middle East Region/Market
- Proficient in studying the user requirements and configuring the above functionalities within the solution
- Proficient in designing innovative solutions to meet business needs
- Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support
- Must have good understanding of AIM processes/phases and documentation
- Experience must be detail-level and include module configuration and setup relative to multi-org and multi-currencies and diverse payroll policies
- In depth functional working knowledge of the following applications: Oracle Core HR, i-Recruitment, Oracle Payroll, including Fast Formulas, OTL, Oracle HR Self-Service, PMS, OLM (Including i-Learning) & HRI
- In depth working knowledge of the following applications a plus: AME, OA Personalization, API, Active directory & User Hooks
- Must have Proven Experience with high levels of accountability; demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision
- Should possess strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to prepare test scripts and conduct functional testing for HR and Payroll modules
