Summary

The Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting delivery and support of high quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to Simeio's standards and best practices. The ideal Candidate would have experience primarily in Oracle Identity Management (OIM) to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams that assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. Ability to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs, and staying focused on delivering results are essential to the success of this role.

At present the services fall under one of the following eight (8) categories which are delivered via Identity as a Services Solutions (IDaaS):
- Access Governance
- Identity Administration
- Privileged Identity
- Access Management & Federation
- Core Directory Services
- Security & Risk Intelligence
- Data Security & Loss Prevention
- Cloud Security

Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as key member of Oracle Identity Management implementation team
- Design and architect overall IAM solution using Oracle’s stack and understand inter-operability from an architectural and design perspective
- Hands-on project experience with Oracle Identity Management stack
- Hands-on development and implementation of workflows and data
- Integration/transformations in an identity management project using a Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine.
- Installs, configures and provides insight to end-to-end Oracle Identity Management (OIM, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle RAC and Databases)
- Document detailed technical requirements and functional specifications directly with client team
- Provide written responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal), product demonstrations, proof of concept exercises
- Develop code in Java and C++ for system applications
- Implementation of the technical infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Designing and building solution in line with designated clients’ specifications Support Oracle FIN Modules “AP,AR,GL,CM,FA,PROJECTS,IEXPENSE” and services in line with an agreed proposal Developing test plans, procedures and running the tests accordingly Ensuring that new solutions are appropriately captured and put in ACS corporate repository Interacts with and works alongside the Client team, at customer site as/when required Proactively build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues.Working closely with oracle support team to resolve Customers SRs.Solid understanding of basic business concepts and practices in the area of FIN Represent Oracle professionally to clients, partners and other third parties Proactively maintain knowledge of Oracle's current and future products/solutions offerings for the specialist FIN area Working with the client to understand requirements, functionality and business processes Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services Contributing to Task Planning and project management as required Taking the lead in client relations, as appropriate, ensuring correct expectation setting

Qualifications:
8-10 years of working experience in AP,AR,GL,CM,FA,ORACLE PROJECTS,IEXPENSEAt least 4-6 Oracle EBS FIN implementation experiences Knowledge of SQL*Plus will be considered an asset Innovative, flexible and confident English is a must Other language will be considered an asset Results oriented Team work oriented Good communication skills Presentation skills Business and customer focused Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Should have good exposure to various phases of project cycle
