-Develop own professional expertise through optimizing on the job training opportunities and formal professional qualifications and through understanding Magrabi’s IT workflows.
- Respond to basic, routine enquiries, requests, and issues related to current applications and resolve as per defined procedures while forwarding more complex ones to Level 2 colleagues to ensure a prompt and informed response to IT users and minimize downtime.
- Conduct basic level end-user training to ensure all Magrabi employees are able to use the assigned systems to complete their daily activities.
-Develop simple programming solutions under supervision.
-Assist in the initial analysis/ collation of business requirements for low risk projects as project team members.
