Raqmiyat is seeking an Oracle Apps CRM Consultant at UAE Required skills: Candidate should have minimum of 5-7 years hands-on experience implementing Oracle CRM and Advanced modules (at least one implementation should be in R12) Should have strong functional background in Oracle Apps CRM(CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Field service, Mobile Field Service, Install Base, Depot repair) Must have at least one end to end implementation experience and good understand the nuances of configurations and business processes with good exposure to R12/EBS The candidate must have proven experience of Oracle CRM modules with hands-on project experience in R12 Sound functional and business process conceptual skills Good Verbal & Written communication Skills Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required Documentation & Presentation capabilities Implement functional solution for a specific area - financials, considering the product depth and relevance to the client processes
