Providing technical assistance to present current data to implementation team to meet project deadlines.
Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Oracle HRMS processes especially data conversion strategies to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsible for technical input inclusive of programming and any technical and functional requirements and assistance in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll business process re¬engineering.
Responsible for the design, development, build, testing and deployment of new or changes in configuration and/or custom extensions like Reports, Forms, Alerts, Workflows, Interfaces, and other related Concurrent programs.
Responsible for developing and maintaining resolution procedures, using industry standards for development, testing and user acceptance to ensure a standard company policy is adhered to.
Experience or knowledge in functional working of the following applications: Oracle Core HR, i-Recruitment, Oracle Payroll, including Fast Formulas, OTL, Oracle HR Self-Service, PMS, OLM (Including i-Learning) & HRI in addition to the AME, Personalization.
Ability to prepare test scripts and conduct functional testing for HRMS modules.
Complete HR & Payroll Setup (Core) with good knowledge of the HRMS advanced modules.
Responsible for developing, maintaining and distributing documentation like Technical Design document, Database Extensions Document, Test Scripts etc. ensuring that it is constantly kept up to date to meet Supreme' s system audit requirements.
