- Report, respond and resolve issues, employees requests and problems.
- Diagnose and resolve problems in response to employees reported incidents whenever
possible.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems whenever possible.
- Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis.
- Perform primarily training to all employees as requested from IT management or user.
- Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements
