This is a full-time employment directly on-site with our Company located in Mohammed Bin Zayed City with the timing 8 am till 4 pm Sunday to Thursday. Under the general supervision of a Senior Program Manager, the Senior Developer role analyzes designs, develops and implements the SiloSmashers Business Intelligence solution and facilitates delivery of data analysis, reporting and support to end users of client's data and systems in order to fulfill business objectives. Specific tasks include data analysis, assessing data needs, database design, data extraction, report design, report development, report testing, and report implementation. A secondary responsibility of this role is to provide support for applications such as the Business Intelligence solution. This individual will use proven analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. The Senior Developer serves as an integral part of the IT Department and, as such, may be called upon to perform other IT duties in addition to those detailed here. Responsibilities: Performs complex analysis and manipulation of source data from Google Drive/ SQL Server and other data structures to populate Business Intelligence data structures to support the business organizations. Owns and manages assigned IT applications such as Oracle Application Express and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Manages development aspects of projects using a standard project management methodology. Implements reliable and efficient data extraction and automation services. Designs, develops, tests, and deploys data warehouse and other reports, applications, projects and solutions to meet client needs. Maintains accurate documentation of data structures, queries, and reports Recommends changes in data structures to support data integrity, reporting accuracy, and acceptable performance. Collaborates proactively with business clients and IT staff to analyze, design and implement automation, integration or other improvements that will permit more efficient and accurate reporting or improved data quality from the Data Warehouse or other sources. Provides qualitative feedback for IT staff mentoring purposes. Supports data integrity, data quality, and audit efforts as needed.
