1. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Specialist (OCS) is an advantage. 1. The candidate will act as a focal center of expertise for providing consulting services to GFMIS (Government Financial Information Management System) Kuwait stakeholders. 2. The candidate will be responsible for mapping the newly business cases and processes, streamlining to meet Stakeholders evolving requirements as when needed. The candidate will utilize oracle functional settings and procedures to adhere with the business operational needs. 3. The candidate will take part on recommendations needs to be made for deploying new functions and new systems as and, when becomes applicable. 4. The candidate will be responsible for quality management standards set by the relevant party for conforming to the best business standards. 5. The candidate will track system issues as they incur and remedy them in the best possible agreed manner to comply with the service level agreement set by MOF stakeholders and software licensed company. 4.2-Job Responsibilities 1. The candidate will be responsible for EBS (e-Business Suite) implementation solution architecture and integration between different modules. 2. The candidate will be responsible for implementation for EBS (e-Business Suite) from solution architecture, design, configuration, testing, implementation and rollout. 3. Responsible for identifying the needs to business functional requirements to be configured in EBS (e-Business Suite) financial modules, design the solution adhering with MOF developed Policy & Procedure applying oracle AIM methodology, going through CRP1, CRP2, and UAT. 4. Responsible for developing Role Based test scenarios and corresponding test scripts, plan testing plans and procedures, follow up testing results and enhance the systems accordingly. 5. Responsible for compiling configuration setup up parameters for the system modules setup. 6. Responsible for managing teams that compiling configuration setup up parameters for any of the new system modules changes. 7. Responsible for following up developing User, key user, process owners Role Based training material. 8. Responsible for carrying out User, key user, process owners Role Based training according approved plans. 9. Responsible for diagnosis of issues in the Oracle Financial modules of Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) R12.1.X live system, providing work- around and data rectification scripts and producing quality development work in an efficient manner to affect permanent software fixes. 10. He will be part of the Live Support Team that will be involved with the on-going maintenance of the live systems 11. Collaborates with other Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) R12.1.X implementation guidelines, methodologies and documentation, Develop and maintain the Oracle Financial Functions R12.1.X configuration and support according to MOF functional requirements as well as integration with other modules. 12. Ensure quality and consistency of Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) R12.1.X Financial business and process functional design, customization (if necessary), testing, and integration testing cycles and deliverables, adhering to Defined Solution Architecture, PMO, and compliance guidelines. 13. Oracle functional Consultant with a combination of strong Technical and Functional experience in Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) R12.1.X Financial Functional skills, with primary responsibility to provide day-to-day support to Oracle Financial Functions. 14. Overall responsibility to maintain quality of production deployments for ORACLE EBS (e-Business Suite) -R12.1.X Financial Accounting and participate in Change Management process and the deployment of solutions to the production environment. 15. Collaborate with MOF/SMDs ORACLE EBS (e-Business Suite) -R12.1.X Financial Accounting users and key users to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope of new required. 16. Providing technical and functional Financial Accounting users field support, Gathering requirements, change requests, designing and delivering solutions Bug fixes and enhancements. 17. Responsible for development of defect fixes of ORACLE EBS (e-Business Suite) -R12.1.X Financial Accounting. 18. Responsible for preparation of data rectification scripts. 19. Responsible for the support of the live ORACLE EBS (e-Business Suite) -R12.1.X Financial Accounting system as required.
