• Assists in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution (Cloud HCM, Cloud Financials, Cloud Purchasing and SCM, Cloud PPM, and Cloud CRM).
• Assist the business users in addressing their complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the ERP and CRM function (HCM, Financials, SCM, PPM, and CRM) through solutions provided across the Oracle Fusion stack.
• Acting as a Fusion Cloud ERP subject matter expert (SME) and advice the management on options, risks, impacts across Fusion application and Lead the implementation lifecycle, drive project deliverables and provide status and issue reports.
• Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM.
• Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality (HCM, Finance, SCM, PPM, and CRM).
• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the software modules.
• Work with client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met.
• Assist in change management program for ERP project.
• Arrangement for the training of the users.
• Define testing scenarios with the business users.
• Identifying and addressing client needs; building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of business services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
