Essential Functions:
1. Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of Oracle eBusiness R12 including:
Payroll, Fast Formula HRMS
2. 5-6 full life-cycle implementation experience (at-least 3 on R12).
3. Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture / table structure of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
4. Regional Payroll and legislative experience - Middle East and India DETAILED ROLE DESCRIPTION
Primary Skills:
1. Oracle Apps HRMS Functional with over 8-10 year’s relevant experience in 11i/R12.
2. At least 5 to 6 distinct full lifecycle Oracle HR Projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Must have Strong product skills in Core HR, Payroll (must).
2. Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM
3. Ability to work with an Onshore and Offshore team working across different time zones.
4. Complete Payroll Set-up (Key & Descriptive Flex Fields, creating elements, imparting user training & support to the client).
5. Convert client business requirements into technical requirements for implementation by the technical consulting team
6. Oversee configuration and testing on client projects
7. Oversee deployment of solution into production environments
8. Manage client post go live support
9. Manage a team of junior -- mid level technical and functional consultants as part of project
10. Work with Project Manager to deliver implementations on time and on budget Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills.
11. An extensive amount of consulting experience essential
12. Extensive problem-solving experience working with all aspects of the technical system including troubleshooting and determining best alternatives for implementing new functionality.
